To successfully import your geological collection directly from a CSV file into the app, you must follow a specific template. Of course, you can edit and modify all the data later within the app.
Or you can download our CSV template here, where you only need to insert your entries:

Should you wish to create the table yourself, please adhere to the given specifications to ensure a smooth import. Of course, all columns (fields) are optional and do not need to be filled in.
Column 1: The collection ( always enter a 1 for a mineral, a 2 for a fossil and a 3 for a rock )
Column 2: Name
Column 3: Price
Column 4: Age (only for fossils and rocks)
Column 5: Description
Column 6: Location (storage space)
Column 7: Rating
Column 8: Size
Column 9: Weight
Column 10: Condition
Column 11: Taxonomy (only for fossils)
Column 12: Source
Column 13: Previous owners
Column 14: Analysis (only for minerals)
Column 15: Notes
Column 16: Date (Format: DD.MM.YYYY)
Column 17: Purchase price
Column 18: Deposit
Column 19: Crystallography (only for minerals)
Column 20: Free field 1 (whatever you want)
Column 21: Free field 2 (whatever you want)
Column 22: Free field 3 (whatever you want)
Column 23: Formation (only for fossils and rocks)
Column 24: Minerals (only for rocks)
Column 25: Rock type (only for rocks)
Column 26: Sample type (only for rocks)
Column 27: Location
The import function only works for .csv files and not for .xlsx or similar formats!
Photos must be uploaded individually for each entry in the app and cannot be imported!
